Can I rate excellent?! Wow, just wow! Nick came in for the first time and efficiently, with tons of knowledge took our brand new computer that wasn’t being used and set it up for our conference room. He took meticulous notes, asked questions where appropriate, and went over everything with me before he left. Can we keep him please?? 🙂
